So many questions, so many answers to be given, the reason why I’m saying this is because, many would want to work in industrial sites, construction sites and warehouse but have questions if they need to have a forklift licence before they are allowed to work. AS per the state authority, the answer can be “NO” depending on the situation. If the machine will not be used in public places, then no licence is needed. If the machine will only operate remains within the vicinity of the workplace only, then no licence is required. If you’ll use the machine outside, then you are required to have a forklift licence.
