My teenage daughter is always asking for me to buy her the latest styles of clothing, and sometimes she asks for things that we just can’t afford. I always feel sad when I have to say no, so I ask her to find more affordable requests. I overheard her talking on the phone to one of her friends about how much she likes Pastry shoes, and I went online to look at them. The price was right, so the next day we went to the mall and I bought her a pair. She loves wearing them, and they help her to feel more confident in her appearance.
