My homemade dough is okay, I usually make an herb variety but it seems to be lacking something. The problem is that my husband is one of those more, more people, and loves the big chain delivery places that have soggy greasy pizza so loaded with cheese and toppings its disgusting. I love homemade pizza, especially since we only have one good pizza place close by and they close somewhat early and dont deliver. Your pizza peel photos are beautiful and you have great tips. This pizza looks absolutely delicious. Im assuming I cannot use your parchment-paper idea as it would probably burn to ash against the cast iron. Will your Simplest Pizza Dough recipe above really slide that easily.
