Budget is the ultimate factor when considering what to buy for a new kitchen. You don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for appliances, but at the same time, you don’t want to skimp on the price only to find out 3 months later you’ve bought a lousy piece of junk. The best food processors, for example, are not necessarily very expensive. Always get the best available without straining your wallet. This means ignoring the little voice in your head that urges you to get something cheaper just because it’s cheaper. You wouldn’t want a cheap food processor that breaks down nor an expensive one that is rarely used.
