Looking for an easy recipe that you can make on a week night for your family, or use for entertaining, too?  Well, I found this great easy chicken divan recipe that you will love.  It is not only simple, but nutritious and elegant too.  When making it just for the family, I use a large casserole dish, but for more elegant entertaining I like to use individual baking dishes for each serving.  This chicken divan recipe is a great make-ahead casserole that you can assemble in advance, and then bake just before serving.  To round out the meal, you can serve a nice tossed salad, bread, and a simple dessert like ice cream parfaits.  It couldn’t be easier!
