It is not usually very easy to admit that you need help, at least it is not for me. Since I am very much a stubborn woman as much as that is hard to admit, I have to say that coming to the conclusion that I needed to bring in home health care NJ was a bit of a rough one for me. It was not that I thought I was invincible or something like that, it is just that it was hard to ask for help with stuff like getting around. I could not even get in the bath by myself, and the home care staff helped.
