My children have always loved eating raw vegetables and they ask for them often.  I started thinking about how healthy these foods are and I really want to incorporate them more in our diets.  I found an excellent raw diet plan that really focuses on the nutritional value of these foods and I am excited to give it a try.  I feel that this is a plan that I can realistically stick to and I know that these foods are very good for me.  My children will be happy because they love to eat raw foods and I will feel like I am providing healthy meals.
