The obvious answer to this question, and one that you may have already heard a lot of time, would be ‘yes’, still there is a debate here that it is worth taking into consideration. A skin bleaching cream can be harmful, if it contains dangerous ingredients. But, if the product has been well researched, and the company making it has invested into making it safe, then the answer would be ‘no’. It is really up to you to conduct a little research and see which company is the most trusted in this field, and which products are the safest to use. As the general rule, stay away from creams that contain steroids and known hazardous agents.
