Do not misinterpret the title! It does not mean that you can reduce your big belly within half an hour. The exact meaning is that if you do exercises for just 30 minutes a day, you can surely lose belly fat soon. That 30 minutes must be a full fledged one. You can do any kind of exercises in this half n hour. You can do walking, jogging or weight lifting exercises. Else you can also do two kinds of workouts by splitting equal time for each. It all depends on you only. Whichever you feel is suitable for your body, do those exercises. However, please do it sincerely!
