I thought I knew a thing or two about dieting so I didn’t bother doing much background research before starting a new diet. It was one of the well-known ones that seemed to work for lots of people so I assumed it would for me. However once I got started I found it very hard to follow. The first few weeks were ok as I was filled with motivation but after that when the weight would come off I began to lose interest. Fortunately a friend recommended the Carb Rotation Diet to me. This was a diet program that was easy to follow and I knew would work.
