I am one of those people who like to read reviews before buying anything. It helps you avoid some pitfalls you may encounter if you did not research first. Well, my pre-installed computer software was outdated, and I knew I had to upgrade to another level. However, I was not pleased with the company I was using. You see, I called them about a problem, and the customer service was horrible. I was transferred several times, and experience hang-ups. Therefore, I had to find a replacement. I research software companies online and read about avg free download, and I was impressed with their line of products. I am now using AVG and love it.
