Today Was the Ground Breaking

Ground was broken earlier today on the new medical building that my husband and his two friends are having built. They want to start their own medical practice. Now that the building is underway they are starting to talk about other things that they are going to need to do. One of the first things that they will need to think about is ordering medical equipment. They also are going to have to hire a staff. My husband already knows a couple of nurses who have expressed interest in joining his new practice. I don’t think that finding a staff will be a problem.

i am going to train my chest today. i have used chest training workouts where i perform flat bench presses first in the workout. this is all good because it is the  best exercise for your  chest. it is not incline presses it is flat presses. flat presses hit more area of the chest then any other press. but with that said, i am going to take it out of my workout all together for a little while. i am going to replace it with thats right flat flies. i have ignored flies for a while so in want to get them inn there.
