I am a group coordinator for people who want to have fun. And whenever I write some stuff down, I tend to sometimes lose the paper with some important information and then I would find it after the day pass for some events. I started using a scheduling software for groups which had made my life easier. I am able to see who is in charge of what for each events which is good compare to the couple of times when I used to write them on paper. It is very easy for me to make a group schedule and have it printed out. And because of it, it made my life better.
