I really believe that if you aren’t looking there are hundreds of business properties in London for sale, but the minute you actually are looking for one, they all seem to be taken. And to add insult to injury, the amount of times I’ve picked up a paper and thought ‘that’s a real bargain’, but when you are seriously trying to find a good deal for your money, there isn’t one to be found. When I was looking to move to a larger office, I went with RIB, commercial and residential property letters. They have an awful lot on their books, and because they specialise in London, you can be more specific about the area or the type of place you are looking for.
