Sometimes I wonder about certain manufacturers of cars and if they may just have too much money. I saw this because I went to a trusted name in car brands and I had the worst service. On their door it showed that they had a 5 star customer service rating. My guess is that the Car Dealers were spread so thin and the money was so large that they could post that sticker on any dealership they wanted to. Next time I am going to a dealer that I have had a personal reference to instead of trying to find it out on my own.
