My brother was visiting from out of town, and we asked him to join us when we went looking for a new car. While at a local car dealership, we asked the sales associate if he had a certain year, make and model of a car that we were interested in. Instead of having us walk through the lot to check the inventory, he just had us sit down at the desk, while he brought up the current inventory up on his auto dealer management software. My brother was amazed at the ease of locating the car. The process literally took only minutes and we were told that they indeed had what we were looking for.
